The Antimicrobial Stewardship Program of the McGill University Health Centre is committed to optimizing antimicrobial utilization across the institution to improve infection treatment outcomes and reduce adverse events associated with inappropriate antibiotic use.

Our program aims to optimize patient care and safety through institution-wide audits of antimicrobial prescriptions with immediate feedback, up-to-date antimicrobial therapy guidelines for common infectious syndromes, educational and research activities.
