New guidelines and update!

1-Community acquired pneumonia - update including aspiration pneumonia

2-Healthcare acquired meningitis - NEW guidelines

3-Antibiotic prophylaxis for orthopedic surgeries - NEW guidelines including open/closed fractures, joint replacement and spinal surgeries!
